Please note that VIP procedures upon departure and arrival for international flight passengers in DBAC Terminal have been temporarily changed.
For international flights it's strongly recommended to arrive at the DBAC Terminal at least 2,5 hours before the departure time. The requirements are caused by the certain complication of the check-in procedure and stringent requirements for passengers by airlines which implies a more detailed request for additional information.
After going through passport control upon arrival the passengers wait for the luggage delivery in the customs area of DBAC Terminal. The estimated wait time for the luggage is 60 minutes, for passengers of S7 company is up to 1.5 hours. The procedure remains the same for the passengers travelling with hand baggage only. Please be aware that in case the Customs has not approved the luggage, the passenger receives the luggage without DBAC Terminal personnel assistance.

The cancellation of the request
- Less than 3 hours before flight arrival or departure – 100% cancellation fee.
- After takeoff or landing – 100% cancellation fee.
- No show – 100% cancellation fee.
There is private guarded VIP-parking. Please provide the following information in case you arrive to the airport by car: car model and registration number.
Use of VIP-parking is included in the price.
Domodedovo Business Aviation Center procedure on departure:
Time of arrival at the airport depends on the flight direction: 1.5 hours for domestic flights, 2 hours for international flights. Passengers arrive at the airport at Domodedovo Business Aviation Center , where they check-in for the flight and pass through Passport and Customs controls. After all necessary procedures are completed passengers are offered to make themselves comfortable in the vip lounge till the boarding announcement.

After boarding announcement personnel of the VIP lounge accompanies the passenger to the aircraft.
Domodedovo Business Aviation Center procedure on arrival:
VIP lounge personnel meets the VIP passengers at the ramp with a sign «VIP». The passengers should come to the personnel and introduce themselves. Then the passengers are accompanied to the VIP lounge, where they pass Passport and Customs controls. After all necessary procedures are completed passengers are offered to make themselves comfortable in the VIP lounge till their luggage arrives. Luggage is delivered by the VIP lounge personnel.
