Making a request

To book a VIP-lounge services please do one of the following:

• Book VIP-lounge online on our site
• Send your request to: vipzal@travelmart.ru

Please provide the following information in your request:

1. Full names and the citizenship of all the traveling passengers. For passenger traveling with children, each child date of birth must be provided.
2. Airport where VIP services are to be rendered
3. The date when services are to be rendered
4. The flight number and the airline name
5. The time of departure or arrival of the flight
6. The route of the flight
7. Preferable way of payment

Urgency conditions

• For Sheremetyev. The request submitted on the day of service or the day before service after 8 p.m. is considered as urgent. There is special urgent rate – 27 000 rubles per person.
• For Vnukovo and Domodedovo, Zhukovsky airports: the requests submitted less than 3 hours prior to the beginning of rendering of services are considered as urgent. There is an additional charge for urgency - 1 300 rubles per person.
