Rules and penalties
Moscow Airports:
1. Urgent requests
- Sheremetyevo
The
request submitted on the day of service or the day before service after 8 p.m.
is considered as urgent. There is special urgent rate – 27 000 rubles per
person.
- Domodedovo
Requests submitted less than 3 hours prior to the flight are considered as urgent. There is an additional charge for urgency - 1 300 rubles per person.
- Business Aviation Center Domodedovo
Requests submitted less than 6 hours prior to the flight are considered as urgent. There is an additional charge for urgency - 1 300 rubles per person.
- Vnukovo VIP terminal and Terminal A
Requests submitted less than 5 hours prior to the flight are considered as urgent. There is an additional charge for urgency - 3 300 rubles per person, if the order 1 passenger; 1650 rubles. per person, if the order 2 passengers; and 1100 rubles., if the order 3 or more passengers;
- Zhukovsky
Requests submitted less than 4 hours prior to the flight are considered as urgent and issued for a fixed rate.
2. Cancellation
- Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Zhukovsky
If the request is cancelled less than 3 hours before the flight – 100% cancellation fee.
If the request is cancelled more than 3 hours before the flight - the cost of service will be fully refunded.
- Business Aviation Center Domodedovo
If the request is cancelled less than 4 hours before the flight – 100% cancellation fee.
If the request is cancelled more than 4 hours before the flight - the cost of service will be fully refunded.
- Vnukovo VIP Terminal and Vnukovo Terminal A
If the request is cancelled less than 5 hours before the flight – 100% cancellation fee.
If the request is cancelled more than 5 hours before the flight - the cost of service will be fully refunded.
- Requests submitted less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of rendering of services are considered as urgent. There is an additional charge for urgency - 1 300 rubles per person.
3. No show – 100% cancellation fee.
4. Unaccompanied children under 12 years are served at adult rate.
5. Any changes that are made to the request after its confirmation will be considered as the cancellation of the old request and placing a new one. Changing request means: change of date/flight number/passenger's name. Adding passengers to the already confirmed request is also considered as placing a new request.
6. In case the number of passengers on the flight exceeds the number of passengers in the request, TRAVELMART ™ cannot assist in providing VIP lounge service for those who are not mentioned in the request.
7. In case the VIP-lounge service has been booked for the client and he/she doesn't use this service (for the reasons not related to TRAVELMART ™) the cost of service is not refundable.
8. All the services are be 100% pre-paid.
