Reservation and booking service
The claims are accepted by fax or e-mail. The claim must contain:
- Names and surnames of passengers of VIP-lounge and their citizenship.
- The date of departure, the flight number, the time of departure(landing), a place of destination.
- Air flight company.
- The contact information of the customer.
Attention: the claims are accepted not later than in 24 hours before departure\landing. The claims, accepted later than in 24 hours are matched as urgent.
