Vip Lounge Domodedovo
Please note that VIP procedures upon departure and arrival for international flight passengers have been slightly changed.
Upon departure it's strongly recommended to arrive in the VIP Lounge at least 2 hours before the departure time. In case the passengers arrive later than indicated time the service is no longer guaranteed. VIP Lounge passengers should consider all requirements of the airlines and the list of documents which is required to leave and enter the destination country.
Upon arrival the passengers on international flights are escorted by VIP personnel to the baggage conveyor belt and through the customs clearance in the common area of the terminal. Then the passengers can be accompanied to the VIP Lounge if needed.

Urgency conditions (Domodedovo Vip Lounge):
The requests submitted less than 3 hours prior to the beginning of rendering of services are considered as urgent. There is an additional charge of 1 300 rubles per person for urgency.
The cancellation of the request
- Less than 3 hours before flight arrival or departure – 100% cancellation fee.
- After takeoff or landing – 100% cancellation fee.
- No show – 100% cancellation fee.
VIP departure procedure in Domodedovo:
VIP lounge is situated on the first floor in left part of the Terminal.
Time of arrival at the airport is not less than an 1.5 hours before the departure. Passenger arrives at the airport and precedes to the VIP Lounge, where he checks-in for the flight. After the check-in is completed passenger is offered to make himself comfortable in the VIP lounge. VIP lounge personnel accompanies the passenger for passing Passport and Customs controls in public area 40 minutes before boarding. There are special points for VIP-passengers. After the procedures are completed the passenger is accompanied to the aircraft.

VIP arrival procedure in Domodedovo:
VIP lounge is situated on the first floor in left part of the Terminal.
VIP lounge personnel meets the VIP passenger at the ramp with a sign «VIP». The passenger should come to the personnel and introduce himself. Then the passenger is accompanied to pass Passport Control in public area. There are special points for VIP-passengers. After the procedure is completed VIP lounge personnel accompanies the passenger to VIP lounge, where he passes Custom control and make himself comfortable in the VIP lounge till the luggage delivery. Luggage is delivered by the VIP lounge personnel.
